How to reset the monitor
No cables, power button reset
* Turn the PC off
* Turn the monitor off
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the monitor
* Press the monitor power button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits). If not a mechanical power button, just wait 8 seconds
* Reconnect the power cable and one video cable to the monitor and PC
* Turn the monitor on, then the PC and retest
Run this free application (softMCCS) to restore the monitor to factory defaults
* Click Here
* On the left by the disk icon, click softMCCS
* It will download to your computer. I saved it to my Desktop
* Double-click the saved sm_setup.exe file
* Click yes if asked
* Click Next
* Choose "I accept this agreement"
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Check "Create a desktop icon"
* Click Next
* Click Install
* The check is on "Launch softMCCS"
* Click Finish
* Be sure that your monitor is listed at the top, then click Cancel
* Scroll down to Preset operations
* By Restore factory defaults, click the green Restore arrow
* The display will black out and then return
* By Restore factory lumunance/contrast defaults, click the green Restore arrow
* By Restore factory geometry defaults, click the green Restore arrow
* By Restore factory color defaults, click the green Restore arrow
* Close the softMCCS box
* Click yes to save your changes
If still under warranty, click the Get Help Now chat icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here.

Thanks man, you really help me fix my problem with the softMCCS program. Such a relief ! After 3 hours of debug it feels good ! haha ! Tks again.
