Recently, I bought My Dell U2720Q monitor from the local store. But when I search the service code on the back of the monitor, the result is U2720QM which doesn't match he serial number CN-09MRJJ-WSL00-14H-D73L-A10.

Are you comparing the 20 digit serial number on the monitor label to the 20 digit serial number on the shipping box?
* Open the monitor Menu
* Go to Others
* Does the private Service Tag in the menu match the Service Tag that you provided earlier?
Notice the online User's Guide list both the U2720Q and U2720QM. The only difference is the video cable that shipped.
U2720Q = DP to DP cable
U2720QM = HDMI to HDMI cable
