P2723DE, Ethernet disconnecting through USB-C
Dell P2723DE
Greetings
I have encountered a problem with ethernet.
I own Dell P2723DE and OMEN Laptop 15-en1024no. Everything to my knowledge updated and all necessary software and drivers installed. Even tried changing ethernet adapter settings but no luck.
I only use USB-C to connect monitor to the laptop and everything else is connected to a monitor. Problem that I am having is a ethernet keeps disappearing, like no connection at all. So computer falls back to a WiFi or when I remove type-c and connect it again or when I just open W11 WiFi/ethernet settings, ethernet comes back. Feels like ethernet adapter goes to sleep or just crashes and needs to somewhat "restart" or "waken up".
I have read that some of the Dell monitors have had firmware updates for this same exact reason. Could this happen for this monitor as well or is there something else that I am missing?
Best wishes

Thanks for the clarification!
"Problem that I am having is a ethernet keeps disappearing, like no connection at all."
That is odd that the OS just loses it? The P2723DE drivers site does not show any firmware updates. But I do see two Realtek USB GBE Ethernet driver =

Remove the currently installed driver. Test the newer one.

Apologies for a bad explanation
In this case, when I am referring to a monitor, it will be P2723DE. Also this is only one what I have connected.
Connection wise, from laptop to monitor is only one type-c cable, which shipped with a monitor. Connected to monitor is ethernet cable, type-c and power.
About Realtek USB GBE Ethernet driver, I have it installed. I have also tried repairing with driver installer. I have also tried driver from Realtek's own site. I can try drivers again, maybe I did miss something or remember incorrectly.

These statements conflict?
I only use USB-C to connect monitor to the laptop (You need a minimum of two cables connected to the P2723DE , the USB-C to C cable to the #7 USB-C upstream port (90w max delivery) and the Ethernet cable to #9 RJ45 port.)
everything else is connected to a monitor (Which monitor? The P2723DE?)
Assuming that you installed the provided Realtek USB GBE Ethernet driver on the Omen?
