S2440L, not working
Hi,
My monitor also stopped working. It started to flicker on and off at times and then entirely stopped working. How can I troubleshoot between monitor and power supply? I use it for my work, so do appreciate a quick reply to help me find out how to troubleshoot.

CN-0C9VNT-74261-41H-10JQ = S2440L built on January 17, 2014. Warranty expired on January 17, 2017.
Monitor power button reset, BID (Built-in Diagnostics)
* Turn the monitor off
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the monitor
* Press the power button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits)
* Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the monitor
* Turn the monitor on and run the BID (Built-in Diagnostics), page 39
- If the BID does not show the issue, the monitor itself is functional. The fault lies with either the cabling, video card, video card driver, or operating system
- If the issue appears on the BID gray/red/green/blue/black/white/text screens, the monitor is defective
