Hi,
If you can’t reboot you could try just shutting down the port and bringing it back up.

Thanks for the reply, but do you know what's causing this behavior so we can fix it?

No not specifically, it could be something in the environment causing collisions or dropped packets. Since it is has happened on multiple switches it is probably not hardware. I would try updating the firmware to the latest version.
