Hi rakeshbhatia5321,
As the problem is with connecting the Bluetooth devices to the computer you just have to tick the check box "allow Bluetooth device to connect to this computer" first to have it available. It is only for the first time that the computers will pop up a box to allow it. If you want to make any additional changes to allow the Bluetooth device check the links for further troubleshooting.

If the issue is not related to Bluetooth (as was tagged in the post), let me know the issue and the device so that I can assist you further.

Hi rakeshbhatia5321,
Please let me know when was the last time you were able to connect the Bluetooth devices to your computer?
And have you made any software or hardware changes to the system?
Please check in device manager if the Bluetooth drivers are installed. If the Bluetooth drivers are not installed please private message the system service tag, operating system installed in the computer and registered owner’s name.
To private message, accept my friend request; click on my user name and click start conversation.
I would help you further in installing the Bluetooth driver for the system depending upon the operating system installed in the computer.
Please reply for further help.

rakeshbhatia5321,
Places to look to see if your Bluetooth Connection is enabled
Also try reading, Bluetooth connection and pairing Not all system have all these settings but it may help you correct your problem. Removing the problem devices and starting over sometimes helps.
If you still have issues, please post back and maybe DELL-Nikhil De will also help to find a solution.
