Browser issues

Question

When I do a search on the address bar and the list of links comes up, I am not able to click on those links.  I have to physically type in the address.  Also, when I am in certain sites, I can't open things up.  I have asked my dsl provider, they had me do some things, but it didn't work.  They suggested I contact Dell.  I did but I haven't heard back from them.    Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this issue?
