E Mail problem

​ I am using Incredimail, and have done for about ayear with no problems. My web site is hosted by hostroute. At 2pm yesterday, I stopped receiving e mails through my address ​​sales@skylineruk.co.uk​​. I can send them OK but cannot receive them. I have emptied my inbox, but to no avail. I am on broadband and I (think) am using POP3 e mail. Could somebody please advise ​

First of all, this should really be in the XP forum, but check the name of your incoming mail server in the setup.  It sounds like it is not matching the original ISP setup or your ISP has changed the name of that server.
