Help please,

 

Everytime a subwindow opens while I'm in the internet a window pops up and tells me an error has been found, and that Explorer needs to close. Then an optional send report/don't send option appears.

 

Why is it doing this, and how can I fix it? I'm tired of re-logging to the net after the pop up window shows.
