(A7) me fe Downgrade - Request meSpilock Failed
OptiPlex 7040
when i turn on pc show me this message " (A7) me fe Downgrade - Request meSpilock Failed " in image bellow .
i update bios in new version and same problem and and update bios to more stable driver and same problem and
i turn on UFEI mode and turn off legacy mode and same problem .
note : this message show me when i turn on pc and after show this message turn off the pc and turn on in normal mode and boot windows 10 . but when i make restart don't show this message.
if still the message causes problem in the future ?

BIOS needs to have the same settings in which the boot drive was loaded in. So if it's switched from Legacy to UEFI, and the OS on the boot drive was loaded with BIOS in Legacy mode, boot device will not be found. Ideally, it should've been loaded in UEFI mode.
As for the error, give this a try: How to Perform a BIOS or CMOS Reset and Clear the NVRAM on Dell Computers When doing this, replace size 2032 battery with a new one.
