New Keyboard/Mouse Combo not working
Received the AIO which came with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
Put the batteries in both devices - battery indicator light on both the keyboard and mouse lights up then goes out. Keys or mouse does not work. New batteries.
Restarted laptop and AIO but Bluetooth dongle not recognised by my laptop or the AIO
No Events found!

I kinda doubt they are actually Bluetooth if they work outside of Windows.
Maybe just "wireless". Check literature ... sometimes they are all-3 a matched set and/or they bind together with some buttons on the devices themselves.

Bluetooth dongle - no instructions on how to pair them with my computer.

So no Bluetooth (BT) icon on taskbar when you plug in the BT dongle? Normally you should be able to click the icon and a window opens whereas you can add the items. Items have to be added before they'll work.

Those keyboard/mouse should work automatically when connecting the dongle to the PC. If you are unable to get the keyboard, mouse to work at the end, click on Get Help Now button on the lower right of this screen for Dell warranty support. They may have to send replacement after tech support determined that those are faulty.
