755 factory os would be quite old, plus the factory partition may have been deleted or corrupted over years since this is a quite old model. 755 tower dt or sff do not have built in wifi by default unless there is add in wireless card or usb wireless dongle. Better wipe the hdd to do a clean install of whatever os you like to have on it. If there is no Wi-Fi hardware installed then get a wireless usb dongle such as Realtek or tp link. In Windows 10 such dongle is pnp to access wireless network.
