I have successfully used two different half-height GPUs (including a GTX 750 TI) in Dell Optiplex SSF boxes.

According to Passmark website, the card you are looking at is faster than the Integrated Intel 4000 but much slower than something like a half height GTX 750 Ti.

This card is too expensive for my needs. I am in a budget around 40-50 eur and yes i am an Europian (Latvian) so these cards are perfectly for my needs. I only need a gpu capable of playing minecraft min. 40fps and average 60fps but i always wanted to play Half Life 2 and other 2000-2010 games.

@speedstep would a GeForce GT 710 work in a 755? I just ordered one off Amazon. It appears to meet the specs @DELL-Chris M  listed. PCIE 2, 25 watt power consumption. Only thing is it appears to want a 300 watt power supply.

Without explaining which model those were I'm not sure how this helps.

Not sure how you found low profile 750TI that uses 1 slot.

Some optiplex models have a riser that allows for more room for the GPU.  Optiplex Desktop PCI PCIe Riser Board Card G5459

I'm not aware of ANY 750TI models that only use 25W.

The Zotac Mini series single slot card works in a tower or in small case with RISER however  using too much power is a recipie for disaster.

SFF models need low profile cards.

That card may come with 2 brackets. If it doesnt you will have to remove the bracket.

Recently, I found this GT 1030 Nvidia GPUs which I think will work on this computer, but I am not sure it will fit in the case if you have installed the HDD tray. I personally have this tray on with adapters from 2.5" to 3.5" because I use SSD. My GPU fits, but it's an old Nvidia NVS 300. If not GT 1030 I recommend GT 710. And yes, the 1030 bellow is 30W by numbers so I am not sure it will work on 25W in the 25W limited PCIe slot
