I totally agree, as a Full Tower and a Micro are two totally different systems, regardless of the shared model number.

Yes its called a picture. They were invented over 100 years ago.

The Tech Guides have lots of pictures as well.  There is an additional variable of the ALL IN ONE models of Optiplex.

Hi @speedstep,

You're usually pretty big on your lists and links, but I like that you attached photo examples.

Adding here vs. making new post:  As for "Yes, it's called a picture," I thought it was funny.  The post still gets the point across.

I was going to include @DELL-Chris M, but I couldn't make his link work from my phone.  I noticed he's able to make a post and lock it.

Did you even read the OP's post before writing another antagonistic reply?

He is complaining that no one on here posts Optiplex type, size, specs, and other info and just ask "Can I upgrade the memory on my Optiplex 9020?' without even grasping the most basic facts about their system. It could be a desktop with 4 DIMM sockets, a USFF with 2, or even a Micro or All-in-One with 2 SODIMM sockets.

"Is there way it can be posted and easy to see for people to remember the size of their computer when posting"

Answer Yes its called a picture. My post answers the question AND has an easy to see view.  That is exactly what I did with Pictures.  I also provided links.

I suggest you get stuffed Mr Vinman.

The First Photograph, or more specifically, the earliest known surviving photograph made in a camera, was taken by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1826. The image depicts the view from an upstairs window at Niépce's estate, Le Gras, in the Burgundy region of France.

The Chinese language is not letters but rather pictures where each symbol is not a character its a word.
