A motherboard can require replacement for certain issues, yes. If you're having problems with the iDRAC initializing, this can sometimes also require a motherboard replacement. Without knowing what troubleshooting you've done, I can't make any recommendations, though.

Hi, please don't. That is not advisable since service tags are your private asset. On your top right, you should see an envelope shaped button. That's how you can send a DM (direct messages) privately. ^^
