PowerEdge R300 E1410 CPU 1 IERR
Having issues with a Poweredge R300 server, it came from a working environment but has suddenly stopped working with a E1410 CPU 1 IERR, I have so far tried the following:
RAM re-seat
Different CPU (X3363 originally and also tried X5355)
Tried without PCI-E cards
Tried without the Riser Cards.
Tried another Motherboard pulled from a working R300.
The only other thing I can think it a faulty PSU, does anyone have anymore ideas before I go down that route?
No Events found!

Is this an intermittent error or is the system not POSTing?
This is not adequate for ruling out a memory issue. You should test with a single DIMM in slot A1. If the error persists then swap that DIMM with another.

Thank you for the reply, I tried with a single DIMM in A1 which after some resetting of the event log kicked the error off. I also managed to put the rest of the RAM in and the error still didn't occur.
Came back to it today after it being off for a day and the error has popped back up.
When the error occurs I am just met with a black screen, no POST at all.

I don't know what you mean by "kicked the error off". I am guessing that you mean the error went away or stopped occurring?
Hardware issues can be intermittent. If you are having an intermittent issue then it can take a long time to troubleshooting as you will need to run the system for long periods of time to test changes.
When a CPU IERR occurs the CPU is detecting an issue. CPU IERRs are typically unrecoverable errors and will cause a system halt. If the system fails to POST after the CPU IERR but then starts working again I would first suspect a thermal issue. Check the system for thermal or voltage errors/issues.
