R430 iDrac enterprise license vanished after firmware update

Hello,

Title says everything, after iDrac firmware update, there is no more enterprise license listed and server reverted to basic feature.

However, the server is no more under warranty so I cannot contact Dell official support, but still I'm looking for advice because we did pay for iDrac license (actually original system spec using its service tag shows it has been ordered with enterprise license).

Any idea ?

Would you Private Message me the svc tag for the server, the company name or customer number, as well as your contact details? That way I can look up the server and if the license is available, I can see about resending it. Another option would be for you to look into your Dell Digital Portal and see if the license is there, which you can then import to the iDrac.

Btw we just found it original billing from reseller, including current company name and the server itself here is listed with its serial number and idrac8 enterprise license so I guess we're good to go, as soon as I manage to reach you
