dell PowerEdge 2950 E2022 Post fail

Power down the server, pull the power chord and hold the power button in for about 15 seconds to drain the remaining power off the board.   Open the case,  and remove the Perc controller.   Power up the server, and check the LCD to see if the error remains with the controller out.    If it remains, then  problem is most likely on the motherboard and will need to be replaced.  If the error clears, power down again and reinsert the controller. If the error returns, replace the controller.

Thanks for the reply to my query, I would like to make a little correction, an error message during boot is PCIe Training Error: Internal Storage Slot, is there a way to solve this problem is the same as you say..
