Hi,
RHEL 6.5-6.8 are supported, so the equivalent version of CentOS should work. http://linux.dell.com/files/supportmatrix/RHEL_Support_Matrix.pdf

Which RAID controller do you have? Have you created a virtual disk?

Yes. it has PERC H330 RAID controllers. any way i have installed it on VMware.
