We have a disk that triggers this message ( in /var/log/messages )

Unexpected sense. SCSI sense data: Sense key:  B Sense code: 4B Sense qualifier:  4

a few times per day. Always the same disk, always the same code.

From the wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Key_Code_Qualifier) , I can see that this code means:

Aborted Command - data phase error

 

The number of times per day that this happens seems to go up ( around 3 last week and around 6 this week) but it could be more usage of the disk.

 I replaced the disk and the new disk does exactly the same.

Do I need to worry about this ? 

This disk ( 600 GB) is installed in a MD1000 .
