Could you also get me the part number for a sliding ready rails kit for the MD1200? Does the rail kit come with cable management or is that a item? If separate, I need that p/n too.

The ReadyRails kit is part number MH6DJ. I realize you asked for sliding, but all the part numbers I see specify being static. As for the management arm, I'll have to recommend you contact Sales. I looked around for a part number listed for the MD1200, but didn't find one. Based on what I did find, it seems we're working with universally compatible management arms. For example, the link below is for a 1U management arm:

However, I couldn't find a 2U management arm on the Dell US site. This could just be a site error, but I don't know that to be a fact. Having that in mind is why I'd encourage you to talk with Sales for that bit. The link below is what I found that I believe should work, though. The part number this listing shows is 34KKP.
