Hello MachineVision,

Did you have a drive that failed recently?  What does it state in the controller bios?  What model of servers are your MD1200 connected to?  What is the version of Bios on your PERC card?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I. NO recent drive failures.

II. The controller bios is not picking up this error. Windows Server event

III. Power Edge r620's & r720's

IV.

Firmware Version 21.0.2-0001
Minimum Required Firmware Version 21.3.2-0005
Driver Version 6.805.03.00
Storport Driver Version 10.0.14393.3471

I couldn't find the updated bios on the Dell site.

Still receiving these errors after updating the firmware.

I found the correct updated firmware & updated all of the servers with the H810. . Maybe this will eliminate these errors.

Thank you

I am wondering if it is the drives we are using.  I don't believe these are Dell Certified drives.

Hello MachineVision,

HDD’s need to be on the support matrix to ensure that they are seen correctly.  Here is the link to the support matrix.
