Md3200i Raid Controller Management IP issue

• We have a MD3200i with 2 Raid Controllers having IP address 192.168.128.103 & 192.168.128.104. One of the Raid controller (192.168.128.103) is working fine however the other Raid Controller(192.168.128.104) is not detected, on the physical view it shows the controller with a Question Mark(?) Symbol. When i i click Configure management IP for the controller it opens the window however the OK button for setting the IP address is greyed out and hence the IP cannot be set. However i am able to Ping the Management IP. Also when searched through an IP scanner the MAC associated with the IP 192.168.128.104 is the one of the controller.

Also the recovery guru shows three errors

1) Memory Consistency Issue,

2) loss of communication-I/O Host Board

3)Loss of Communication - Thermal Sensor.

As mentioned earlier the array is not able to communicate with the Raid Controller this errors shall not be valid. Kindly confirm?

Also i am unable to update firmware through MDSM as their are errors on the controller. Serial cable is not available hence that option is not possible. i am able to telnet the controller, however the username and password for VxWorks is not available so no luck with that. If anyone can help me with the username password will be helpful, also is it possible to update the firmware through telnet or change the management IP of the controllet through it??
