Both cpu and GPU are soldered in so there are NO SLOTS.

Same here. I was working peacefully at the library. Shut down the computer and went home. When booting again failed, I went to diagnostics and the first message to pop up was the dreaded "PCIe - Training error ..."

I had the exact same issue and reseating the pci express adapter fixed it. From this post here:

Hello I was informing you about was the error was referring too, not that your system had theses slots , I hope I did not confuse you

I am just receiving this a message through the Dell community I just got tagged in the email. I'm not sure if this matter is resolved or not I'm just going to give you guys my input I see in a few comments up top but I did not pay attention right now at the moment.  I am familiar with PC components and hardware software etc etc.  Although I am not familiar with the 3510 I have dealt with the old 2400 dimension as well as the upgraded 5675 gaming PC pre-built from Dell which I enjoyed very much so until I upgraded the x370 to a 470 if there's any questions that I can answer and that you may have please present them thank you and be
