3520 Freezes at Boot Logo
My Precision 3520 will freeze at Dell Logo. If I turn off and on again it will progress and start-up normally.
When it freezes at the Logo it will occur immediately and before the progress indicator. None of the function keys will do anything.
Turning off and then on again will result in normal behavior.. e.g. functions keys will now work for BIOS and boot options; progress indictor shows; windows will boot normally.
The problem will only happen when turning on the computer after it has been shutdown and powered off. I.e. if I restart from Windows, it will start correctly. But if I shutdown, and turn it on again it will freeze, until I power cycle it.
The problem happens with zero peripherals connected.
The problem happens both when plugged in and when only on battery.. and also happens when battery is disconnected and only powered externally. I also tried the "remove battery, hold down power for 20 seconds", which I saw mentioned in other places.
Dell full diagnostics shows no problems. BIOS and all drivers are up-to-date.
Anything else I can try?

I have exactly the same problem on several of my company laptops, as well. Just started happening recently. Doesn't seem to matter what "feature update" version of Windows 10 is running. I even re-imaged a couple of the computers and they still do the same thing.

@apb17 Try turning off Fast Startup. Worked for me!
