So what you're saying is that the power button is unresponsive? You're not even able to boot into UEFI (F2)? If by any chance you'd be able to power the device up, the best thing to do would be to run a ePSA test (F12).
I'd say it's a corrupt system installation, but then again, all depends on whether it boots at all or not.

You are right. Power button is unresponsive.
nothing was installed recently ...
my warranty is also expired.
what could be best way forward ?
