As long as you choose a screen option that does not say "No WWAN" the antenna cables should be installed and ready to go.
I purchased and installed DW5811e LTE card into my Precision 7710. It is so nice having internet when you are away from WIFI, or when Spectrum cable internet breaks in my neighborhood. I am using using it with a t-mobile tablet data line.
