7760 can not boot windows 10 after update BIOS 1.10.1

Today, I update 7760 with BIOS v1.10.1. First, I download and excute .exe file, but get error message "Unable to lauch UI module". Then, I download and save .rcv file into a USB key and perform following steps, shutdown, unplug the power cable, press ESC and Ctrl simultaneously, plug the power cable and release ESC and Ctrl. After update BIOS and reboot the machine, it can not boot windows 10. In boot sequence memu, only NIC and httpsBoot remain. I add Windwos Boot Manager manually, and reboot, still can not boot windows 10. The newly added Windwos Boot Manager missed.

I also found the possible reason why the BIOS update .exe file was not working under Windows 10. After I installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, the BIOS update did not work. Therefore, there is a high probability that it is incompatible with a certain Microsoft component.

Maybe we chose different workloads. Also maybe I turned on some windows features. It's really weird.

Where did you get BIOS vers 1.10.1, the latest version I can find on the website for the 7760 is 1.5.0 from 10 Nov 2021.  I am having issues with my TPM Module failing and support said that there is no 1.10.1 bios for this unit.  When I try to Downgrade to 1.5.0 it tells me its an unsupported bios.  So I am interested in where your getting this bios from?

I got this version form Dell Support Website. On April 22, Dell also released v1.11.0 BIOS for Precision 7X60, and deleted a few days ago. It's weird. I keep a copy of v1.11.0 BIOS update file.
