Alert! TPM device not detected on Dell Precision 5560 after Update BIOS
Hi all,
I have a dell Precision 5560 with Windows 11 (22H2).
Last Wednesday, I updated the BIOS (by dell command update), after the update was completed, I turned on the computer, and the screen displayed an Alert TPM device not detected warning. This warning always shows up when I turn on the computer or restart the laptop.
I have done many ways to enable TPM such as Update BIOS to the latest version 1.16.0, or Downgrade to lower BIOS versions like 1.13.0, 1.12.0; 1.10.1; 1.8.0; 1.7.0 or reset to the default BIOS (Factory) then go to the Security section in the BIOS to turn on TPM (Turn on Advance, If Advance Turn off then I don't see anything in Security) => Apply Change but it does not work. After Exiting, there was a warning again, I went back to BIOS Security and saw that what was just turned on was automatically turned off.
I checked the Device Manager on my laptop, I see that the Device Security entry is gone.
Help me? (My laptop still works fine if I press continue)

Have you checked to make sure TPM 2.0 Security is on and TPM state is enabled? They should be as both are on and enabled as default. I cannot see the BIOS blocking the TPM as only China BIOS sources block the TPM module.
