Boot Dell precision 7710

Hello, good morning, everyone, my name is Cristian and I am new to the Dell community. I signed up to buy a Dell Precision 7710 without S.O. and I would like to install Windows 7 or 10, but at the time of doing the boot it tells me'No bootable device found' Enter the BIOS and configure the options: • Secure boot enable: DISABLE• Advanced boot options: Enable legacy option ROMs. • Boot Sequence: LEGASY I apply the changes and exit the BIOS. Then I restart and I type F12 to throw the pendrive, (it is recognized) but it tells me the following 'No bootable device found' My query is: Does anyone know how to perform the BIOS configuration?
