Cannot install any windows on precision m6500

I have a precision m6500 for quite awhile. 

Up to 2019, this workstation using windows 10 with no problem, except the finger print device not working.

Then suddenly the windows 10 crash and I cannot install it. 

I looked at the support page and it says the workstation only support windows 7.

But I have tried to install windows 7 ultimate and pro with no avail.

Even the bootable USB will never able to load completely (I use MBR as the mode). Both bootable USB work on my other laptop.

It is happen too on USB bootable of windows 10.

Even hiren boot USB also cannot boot.
