Dell 7740 add fingerprint sensor

Hello all,

I have precission 7740 without fingerprint sensor. I bought palmrest with fingerprint sensor and install it but still no biometrics in windows.

Does someone know is it possible to add fingerprint sensor or not?

I uninstall and install again but in control panel is Dell control vault w/o fingerprint sensor

Did the new palmrest come with the fingerprint sensor cable, and is it properly connected (see the service manual).

Yes. I got complete palmrest with fingerprint reader FIPS (big one) and board, cables and smart card reader,

Smart card reader work, read card and it is shown in control panel, but fingerprint not

I also swap cables and board from old palm rest but it is same.
