Dell 7750 Problem with pixels in full HD

Hi everyone. This is my first question here

I have purchased a used dell 7750 ( i9, 64gb, intel UHD + nvidia graphics card ). Screen is set to full HD but Im able to see pixels, electrical drowings are not very clearly, in some colors I can see lines between pixels. My older and propably worst laptop dell 5580 ( i5, 32gb, intel hd graphics 630 ) seems to have much butter screen. I have checked for the drivers at dell webside, scaned computer with dells software. Is there anything else i can do to improve this notebook screen, or is it supposed to be like that?
