Dell Latitude 5540 audio issues

We have a large amount of Precision 5540s that seem to have this issue.  When on a Teams or Zoom call and the user is using the internal speakers and microphone, all the users on the call can hear feedback from that persons machine when someone else is talking.   I have tried using the latest and greatest drivers with no luck.  This is issue only happens when you are using the built in internal Microphone and speakers not with any headsets.  Before you ask... i know it would be light years easier for users to use headsets all the time but that is not an option with our user base.  All of my searches has turned up absolutely nothing so i am coming here for help.   Any input is greatly appreciated.
