Dell percision 5520 graphics card not working
I just got a dell percision 5520 with an NVIDIA Quadro M1200 and i upgraded it to windows 11 because the existing windows 10 install was freezing randomly wouldnt let me move the mouse and windows 10 is going out of support soon, i installed Dell Command update and that installed some of the drivers, but my NVIDIA Graphics Card still shows up like this in device manager

When it actually doesnt it either boots up to a grey screen when logged in or it is really slow and eventually gives me a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE or DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION blue screen and then it restars back into this state, i just bought this pc and installed dell command update and the NVIDIA Drivers trying both DELLs official drivers and NVIDIAs drivers from there website both of them did nothing, how do i fix my graphics card (cant reseat it because it is a laptop and it uses dells screws which i dont have a screwdriver for)

i would also like to point out that error code is only because i tried to use the update from file method to install new drivers it usually says
Windows has stopped this device because it reported a problem

i have the same issue. at first my laptop was struggling even for easy works(win11) then i checked the device manager and found the error 31. i tried to disable and enable gpu it fixed at first but problems become more and more like booting into black screen then i tried to reinstall Nvidia drivers but the official driver setup couldn't find the gpu from windows update i got the gpu driver the error fixed at first but i checked and found out only the apps from microsoft store could find th gpu and desktop apps like cpu-z couldn't found the graphic then i tried to get rid of windows 11 and install windows 10 for test but win10 was worse and setup had freezing issue. after so many tries i finally installed the windows 10 but it was even worse than before when driver installed windows had blue screen or freezing issue and even graphical glitchs which lead to me believe gpu was compeletly dead then i updated the windows to win11 again and this time even windows couldn't install drivers
