DELL Precision 5520 thermal throttling issues.

I have a DELL Precision 5520, with excellent performance, and significant aspects, but even if it is not that hot, it lowers its performance and becomes laggy and unusable, I think the problem is due to the GPU Thermal Limit that is set to 78C, and I don't know how to fix it. If anyone has a clue, please I need help.
