Dell Precision 5530 : nvidia Quadro P1000 broken?

Hi,

Recently, I noticed my Quadro is not working. I noticed it when I was recommended from Dell to update its driver. Everytime I try to update, I got the blue windows screen of fail, and the computer switch back to the processor graphic. I also noticed that the Quadro icon on the Device manager contains a warning sign on it, saying it's switched off because it's not working properly.

I have no idea how to fix this, and to even check if the Quadro is still working or broken
