Dell Precision 5690 screen goes black
We have a brand new 5690 and the screen keeps randomly shutting off requiring a forced shut down and restart to get it back on. When the screen shuts off, the computer itself is still running, but the screen just goes black and you can't wake it back up. I've run all the diagnostics both quick and advanced and it doesn't find anything wrong and all the settings for the display and power are correct. Also, all updates from Windows, Dell, and Intel have been installed. At this point I can't deploy this to a user. Any ideas on a fix?
