Dell Precision 7510 HDMI + mini DP ports not working

Hi community

My Dell 7510 both ports are not outputting picture.

I have so far tired connecting 1 one of 2 HDMI monitors to the laptop but non of them get any signals. I connected the cable, the monitor gets detected but the screen is black. This also happens with the second monitor.

Both monitors are working and functioning. Have tested both monitors with RX 580 8GB eGPU connected to the laptop TB3 port and both get detected and have picture on them. without disconnecting the cables, if I plug the HDMI cables to laptop ports, no monitor will show any pictures.

Have tested 2 cables, it's not a cable matter here I'm pretty sure. Both cables are

working on my 2 monitors,

Also should note that one of my monitors which is a Planar, gets picture when I use a HDMI to DVI convertor but the colors are messed up.

Here is full info of my system:

Dell Precision 7510 with Quadro M2000M GPU + i6820 HQ (Intel HD Graphics 530)

1 ASUS VP228H

1 Planar PX2210MW

A HDMI to DVI convertor which will attach its picture

Drivers info here:

Dell Precision 7510 BIOS version: 1.30.3

Intel driver version: 31.0.101.2115

Nvidia Quadro M2000m driver version: 31.0.15.1789

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Dell cares?  Only if you've paid for an extended warranty

You should fix this now- it's an HDMI port driver incompatibility with Windows.

I upgraded my Dell 7510 to Win 11 but it hasn't resolved the issue
