Were you able to try these steps on the system to run diagnostics?
Per Dell-Cares:
Step 1: Power off the system Step 2: Power on the system and keep on tapping F12 key on the system Step 3: Once you see ADVANCE BOOT OPTION, select it using the down arrow and press the enter key to load the diagnostic portion. Next, please run the diagnostics and let us know the results.
