Dell Precision M4400 display replacement

Hello!
This old laptop of mine was badly damaged.
The screen and the screen box were completely destroyed, and it sat in the cabinet for a long time.
I decided to fix it up and add it to my collection.

My previous screen was low resolution and poor quality.
I have now ordered a new, better screen.

There are two connectors on the panel and my cable has one connector.
The cable was specially ordered for this display, but I'm worried it might not work.
I want advice!
Am I confusing somewhere and where?
Will the screen work if there is no cable in the small slot?
What is this slot for?
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me a catalog listing all the spare part numbers for this and other Dell laptop models.
It is very difficult to find anything along these lines. This is apparently some kind of secret?!

You may have purchased an incompatible panel, depending on what was in the system originally.  There's a note here that the model you have purchased has an RGB backlight -- which was a "premium" feature when this system was new, and unlikely to have been present in the system if you had a "low resolution" display.

There is no one master list available to the public of all compatible parts.  When replacing a screen, it's always best practice to purchase the exact same part number as you're replacing.

Panel specs on your recent purchase here, along with the note on the backlight.

Thanks for the reply.
I still don't have the proper hinges, or rather display holders, but I decided to plug it into the laptop.
I was pleasantly surprised when it started working perfectly.
The small cable slot is unnecessary and clearly has another function.
This cable, which is in the picture, is fully compatible.
The picture is wonderful.
I'm still looking for the proper display holders that connect to the hinges.
So any suggestions for them if you have would be great.

The holders must be for 2 CCFL or RGB display!

Clarification!
As far as I understand the Part numbers of the required brackets for the RGB display are:

AM03N000900

AM03N000A00

Although it is already clear to me that no one here knows anything, I should still ask:
What is the best 4G LTE card for M4400?
And 5G?
For an additional upgrade of course!
Something modern that will boot without issues with bios etc?!?
