Dell Precision Sleep and Mouse Issues

Yes,  I have 2 Samsung UHD monitors running thru  WD18DCS,  same issue,  have to have remote for TV's handi.   Nvidia card never needed but RTX5000 sitting idle...  and noticably graphic hesitation..  

This issue is a Green issue,  designers prefer putting monitors inactive to sleep.

However,  I have found new problem on  Precision 7750,  I did not have with 7510,  mouse will unexplainably become so sluggish I can't use it...  No other resource demand changes no discovery of driver issue.
