Docking Station not recognized where to get support?

Hi,

so my docking station is completely dead and I was trying to get support or reach out for a warranty claim. Turns out neither my Service Tag or Express Service Code are recognized by Dell Support. I entered both and it says not found and to try again. I checked that I didn't confuse letters like 0 and O but both versions aren't accepeted, also the Express Service Code has no result. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe someone here can do something with this? Thank you
