I would suggest that you download both of the most recent graphics drivers from Intel and Nvidia.
1.Disconnect from the internet. 2.Go into the device manager and uninstall both display adapter devices. 3.Reboot the computer (make sure to stay disconnected from the internet). 4.Install the Intel Driver. 5.Install the Nvidia Driver 6.Reconect the internet and test GPU functionality.
