I ordered a used Dell M1200. Guessing modifications will be required even with BIOS A26. I've found a good thread to follow. Will try and update you all and share the experience.
I wonder if loading the newest set of stable M1200 drivers was a bad idea. At one point, surely Directx worked. For now, I only have Directx running on the built in Intel, meaning no gaming.

The M1200 will work after you mod the driver .ini file and disable driver signature enforcement.
You should download and mod the most recent driver package directly from Nvidia.
Also... if you currently have an AMD GPU installed you will need to purchase the Nvidia version of the heatsink.
