I need help with my dell precision m4800

i bought this NVIDIA Quadro M2200 4GB for my dell precision m4800 and installed it now i have a black screen when i disable switchable graphics but when its enabled it used intel hd graphics and in device manager the Quadro M2200 4GB

has a warning sign and is called Microsoft basic display adapter
