KM7120W keeps pausing the bluetooth connection
Just ordered a KM7120W mouse/keyboard combo because I wanted the benefit of a bluetooth connection to my laptop. Problem is - the keyboard and mouse regularly pause their connection WHILE I AM USING THEM. For example, I can be scrolling with the mouse and it just stops working for about 30 seconds - then kicks back in. Same with the keyboard.
I've tried upgrading the driver, reinstalling the driver, restarting the laptop - all to no avail. Wondering if I should go back to my old one and send this back if it doesn't work.
I have a Precision Laptop with Windows 10. Anyone have any other ideas to try?

My KM7120W keyboard worked well from May till early October. Using it with Dell XPS 13 9380 Now doesn't connect. Seems after a windows upgrade as a possibility. The bluetooth Logic mouse MX Master 2S continues to work well. Have updated all the drivers.
Blue tooth connectivity seems to be a problem for Dell as have an ongoing desktop issues
