More driver update problems!

Yet another problem! Upon booting this morning, Dell Command Update showed 3 critical and one recommended update. Maybe I should've written these down, but I remember two of the critical updates related to Command Update plugin and Intel WIFI driver.

Although I have consistently had stability problems on my 7760 and 7770-series workstations after applying Dell updates (including twice system bricking after Dell BIOS updates), I am trying to trust Dell to manage the drivers and updates. So sad, yet another problem.

Immediately after updates were applied, Command-Update app crashed (without boot), and now Command-Update has been uninstalled! I booted, but of course Command-Update didn't magically re-appear, so am I supposed to now re-install command update? I started SupportAssist thinking I could check driver updates there, but clicking "Get drivers & downloads" immediately ends without any action.

OK folks, I am now seriously upset. Every day I dread booting my laptop which I paid $5000 for. Every day I spend 90% of my work day messing around with this piece of junk that I paid $5000 for. Every day I my creative energy is zapped from problems caused by this $5000 system. Every day I don't trust that my system will not crash and corrupt more of my working data. I refuse to spend another 100 hours on this! Is it time to return this piece of junk that ducks my time and energy and patience? It has been 11 months since my initial purchase and 5 exchanges have resulted in the same issues and even finally escalation to Dell ATS support team, as well as Dell Resolution team -- but their resolution:  It's Windows problem!

It is time for an official response from Dell executive management. Leadership needs to know what's happening and pay attention to the myriad postings on this forum from seriously upset Dell customers. I have had many awesome Dell computers and many great experiences with Dell support, but those are from the past. Today, Dell is short sighted and agents are either untrained or overwhelmed. In my community, unfortunately, Dell has become a joke, but its not really laughable at all.

Trying to re-install Dell Command Update.  Here is the error showing the last update failed.  Now what??

OOPS! Problem still exists. Same critical update need to be applied again.  A few minutes after update, Dell Command update is now available again.

Problem solved...  After reboot. Downloaded Dell Command-Update. After failure of update (see previous posting), clicking on the OK button, another popup message (see below). Clicked OK, and it seemed to figure everything out.  Command Update is now installed. What a convoluted process.  Doesn't Dell test these updates before they send them out?
