NVIDIA P2000 not recognized in BIOS

So I am at the end of my rope here.  Excuse the frustration bleeding through but don't know where to turn. Purchased a refurbished system 2 weeks ago. Arrived non-functional until a tech came on site to replace motherboard.  Next day noticed that NVIDIA P2000 not recognized. Tech came back and replaced both NVIDIA card and motherboard.  NVIDIA still not recognized in BIOS.

Sent whole laptop into Dell and it was returned after....wait for it...they replaced the motherboard and NVIDIA card.  Arrived and NVIDIA card STILL not recognized.

So my guess is that it is a BIOS issue (running 1.9.0) or a BIOS configuration issue. Ideas?

On a side note, does the warranty cover if I throw it against the wall after the frustration of all this wasted time?
