Patches on screen while it's on

Hello everyone I have Dell g 15 model which is fantastic but now, i have spotted some yellow patches on my laptop screen when it's on but as we see on display it's nothing while shuting down the laptop please tell me what's the problem

Run a screen diagnostic - -hold D through powerup.  Does the fault show on the test screens?
